IMPORTANT NOTE: Reid will be using Lightroom Classic for his image printing demonstrations. Students should have a laptop with Lightroom Classic installed. In addition, students should be familiar with Lightroom as this class is not focused on teaching the software but rather printing the images you prepare with it.

This Inkjet Photography Printing Master Class combines hands-on practical sessions, interactive discussions, and constructive critiques. Participants will use the Canon Pro-1000 printer and the necessary materials to experiment with printing techniques. Students should also bring a USB drive with an image they would like to print; printing at a 13"x19" dimension.

Reid J. Thaler is an accomplished photographer and experienced printer. Since 1974, he has produced acclaimed prints, initially in the darkroom and now digitally on material ranging from traditional photographic paper to canvas designed for inkjet printing.

All necessary printing equipment and materials will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own digital images for printing during the course.
