At its core, the OM-1 Mark II features a 20MP Stacked BSI Live MOS sensor paired with the TruePic X processor, delivering high-speed performance and exceptional image quality. The AI Detection AF system, enhanced through deep learning, recognizes a wide array of subjects—including humans, animals, vehicles, and more—ensuring precise focus even in dynamic scenes.
For those seeking high-resolution imagery, the camera offers Handheld High Res Shot at 50MP and Tripod High Res Shot at 80MP, both in 14-bit RAW. The Live ND feature now extends up to ND128, allowing for long exposures without external filters. Additionally, the new Live GND function simulates graduated neutral density filters in-camera, providing creative control over exposure without the need for physical filters.
