1. Submit the “Sell / Trade-In Quote Request” form (online) - below
- Share your gear details + condition + photos.
2. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email
- You'll receive an email confirming we have received your submitted form.
- We’ll forward your details to our national buying partner for a quote.
- You’ll hear back by email with an offer for both a check payment and a Looking Glass trade-in credit which gives you 20% more.
3. Our partner sends their quote (offer) to you directly
- Our buying partner replies directly to you within three business business days
- You confirm acceptance or not, and if you prefer to trade-in or receive a check.
4. Receive Pre-Paid shipping label
- If you accept: you will be given instructions for packing your gear and then ship it to our partner for final condition verification. Once they receive the item(s) and confirm their condition, they will immediately send a check or inform Looking Glass of your in store credit, whichever you choose.
