How Renting Works
How Renting Works
1. Reserve Your Gear
Browse our rentals online, pick your gear, select your pick-up and return dates, then click Book Now to check out. Need help deciding? Give us a call at 510-548-6888—we’re happy to guide you.
2. Pick It Up
Come by between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on your pick-up day. We’ll have your gear ready! Bring your photo ID and credit card—we keep copies on file during your rental.
3. Return It
Return your gear between 10:00am and 12:00pm on your scheduled return day. We’ll give it a quick once-over. If everything looks good, you'll be on your way in a jiffy.

- Convenient in-store pick-up and return only. No shipping.
- Pick up and returns are available Monday-Saturday. Unless otherwise discussed, you may pick up your rental(s) between 2:00pm and 5:00pm, and returns are due back between 10:00am and 12:00pm.
- Our Rentals Department is closed on Sundays. If your rental period includes a Sunday, you will not be charged for that day.
