How It Works

1. Start Your Trade-In
   Use our quick and easy Trade-In Request Form to let us know what you're trading and what Sony gear you're interested in.

2. Receive Your Quote
   Within about 5 business days, we’ll email you a trade-in value for your gear. If you decide to move forward, you'll receive a paid shipping label to ship your gear to our used gear buying partners. Once they receive your gear, we'll issue a credit to your account for the amount you agreed to.

3. Upgrade with Bonus Savings
   When you purchase an eligible Sony product, your trade-in credit plus a Sony bonus rebate is applied to the transaction—maximizing your savings.
