Good to know

• Best results are in daylight or good light; for low light, add a monopod/tripod or bump ISO confidently—the R7’s files handle it well.

• Stabilization is excellent, but at 500–800mm equiv. even tiny movements matter—use good technique and consider a support in strong wind.

• Extenders limit the zoom range to the long end and reduce max aperture—use when light allows.
