Calibrite Display Plus HL Colorimeter

The Calibrite Display Plus HL is an advanced colorimeter for photographers, filmmakers, editors, and designers who need to trust what they see on screen. It calibrates and profiles modern laptops, monitors, and projectors, including mini-LED, OLED, QD-OLED, wide-gamut, HDR, and Apple XDR displays.

Its high-luminance sensor can measure brightness levels up to 10,000 nits, giving it the range needed for today’s brightest professional displays while providing room for future display technology. Used with the included Calibrite PROFILER software, it lets you calibrate, profile, validate, and match displays with precise control over white point, luminance, contrast ratio, gamma, and other settings.

The Looking Glass Take

This is Calibrite’s most capable display-only calibration tool and the one we recommend for photographers and filmmakers working with HDR, OLED, mini-LED, Apple XDR, or other high-brightness displays. It is especially useful when color decisions need to remain consistent across editing, presentation, and delivery.

If you use a conventional SDR display and only need straightforward photographic calibration, you may not need all of its measurement range and advanced video controls. But for demanding color work or a display setup you expect to keep upgrading, the Display Plus HL offers the greatest flexibility.

Apple Display Support

The Display Plus HL is approved for use with Apple Pro Display Calibrator and supports hardware-level calibration for compatible Apple professional displays and Apple Silicon MacBook Pro models. Direct Apple integration requires macOS Tahoe 26.4 or later.
