Featured in PetaPixel in December 2022, ProMaster’s Professional USB-C Charging Batteries have taken the industry by storm! Now, the lineup is expanding with the NP-W235 for Fujifilm and the BLX-1 for OM System. The onboard charging port on these batteries allows you to connect a USB-C cable directly to the battery and charge it from a USB charger; no need to carry around a dedicated charger and no need to tie up your camera by charging the battery in the camera.
Each battery features a convenient LED light that glows red while charging and changes to green when the battery is fully charged. And while the ability to charge these batteries with a USB-C cable is their most compelling feature, they are also fully compatible with conventional chargers and cameras that offer in-camera charging.
