For rental security purposes, debit cards, prepaid cards, reloadable cards, and gift cards are not accepted, even when branded with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Need earlier pickup than 2:00pm? Often possible with advance request.

Step 5: Return with Ease
Return window: 10am–12pm (noon). Need a later return? Sometimes we can accommodate—contact us ahead of time.
