Pickup window: 2pm–5pm. Come to 2095 Rose Street, Berkeley, CA. We’ll have your gear cleaned, tested, and packed. NOTE: You will need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit card issued by a reputable bank at pickup. For rental security purposes, debit cards, prepaid cards, reloadable cards, and gift cards are not accepted, even when branded with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Need earlier pickup than 2:00pm? Often possible with advance request.

Step 5: Return with Ease

Return window: 10am–12pm (noon). Need a later return? Sometimes we can accommodate—contact us ahead of time.
