Revolog VOLVOX 200 is the kind of roll you load when you want your photos to feel a little unreal—in a fun, alive way. It adds bright green dots in different shapes and sizes that can read like glow-worms, floating plankton, or bioluminescent dust. The effect shows up strongest in the darker parts of the image, so you can steer it with contrast and shadow.

This is not a “natural color” film. The dot effect is intentional and can vary by scene. Also, some labs may choose to manually scan special-effect films (which can sometimes mean extra scanning fees), so it’s worth checking your lab’s policy before you drop it off.
